350hp on a KO4 1.8T... is it doable?

So my plan is KO4-015, 550cc injectors, forged SPA rods, stock pistons, AWM 06A block. By the way, I have a front-mounted intercooler (FMIC), 4 bar FPR, Walbro 255, Forge old school diverter valve. I’m thinking about going with a VR6 MAF or maybe mafless. Need some input on this. I already have a catless downpipe and a tubular turbo manifold. I’m also considering either Cat cams or SPA cams with some exhaust valves and some 2.7T springs. Currently, I’m on a Boost Dynamics Stage 2 tune with the stock KO3. Last night, I raced a 2017 S4 completely stock and had him by a fender, which I found super odd.

Thinking about your setup, it sounds solid. Have you thought about your tuning options? That could make a big difference in achieving your goals.

I’d say with the right tuning, hitting 350hp on a KO4 is definitely within reach. Just make sure everything is set up properly to handle that power.

Yeah, I’m planning to get a custom tune once I have everything installed. Just want to make sure I’m not missing anything major.

Sounds like a good plan. Make sure to monitor your air-fuel ratios during tuning. That can save you from potential issues down the line.

The VR6 MAF is a popular choice for setups like yours. It can help with airflow, especially if you’re going mafless. Just make sure your tuning accommodates that.

Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely consider the VR6 MAF option. I want to make sure everything works well together.
