Audi MMI is trash... anyone else feel this way?

I have a 2023 Audi A6 and I am so disappointed with it. The voice recognition is bad, sometimes my music doesn’t play, and CarPlay isn’t seamless at all. I appreciate this happening because I was about to purchase Audi Connect for real-time GPS, but I would rather keep my $50 a month than throw it into a car where the basics don’t work as expected. Are all MMI systems this bad? I get that they are buggy, but a 70% chance of working properly is a nightmare for me, especially considering the cost of the car and services. I guess this is capitalism at its finest, shipping out subpar software and saying we’ll fix it in quarter two of 2040.

I totally get where you’re coming from. My MMI has been glitchy too. It’s frustrating to have these issues in a luxury car.

I’ve heard a lot of people complain about the MMI systems. It seems like Audi needs to step up their game.

I had a similar experience with the voice recognition. Sometimes it just doesn’t understand basic commands.

The whole CarPlay integration thing is a hit or miss. I feel like it should be seamless, but it’s not.

It’s crazy how much we pay for these cars and then deal with these tech issues. Makes you wonder if it’s worth it.
