Hi all, I joined this forum recently and old posts and responses to mine have been very helpful. I was going between the A4, A5, and A6, and I landed on a 2021 A6. I cannot be happier!
After driving all of them, everyone’s comments were spot on: the A4 and A5 feel more suited for younger, more exciting drivers, while the A6 fits my age a little better. I’m also excited to hear that all of them have become so reliable.
Essentially, this is a cheers post to this community. Glad I joined!

Anything specific that made your decision? I’m debating between a 330i and A5, haven’t looked at the A6.
You should look at the A6 if you want more space and refinement. Just be careful; it comes with two engines, the 2.0 and 3.0. The 3.0 is better if you can find one.
For the A6, I was only looking at the 3.0. I found the A5 with a 40 TFSI engine hard to enjoy.
Is there a way to know if a car has the 40 or 45 besides badging?
The window sticker should tell you the engine. You can request a window sticker via VIN.

Had 3 A4s before and love the effortless cruising of the A6. Wish you happiness with it!
