Got my 1988 5000CS Turbo Quattro Avant, and my friend’s 1988 5000CS Turbo Quattro Avant side by side. Ever seen two of these C3s still running in the same place? Mine’s the white one, and its VIN is around 2000 numbers higher.
Are those wheels painted to match the body? And how easy is it to get parts for these now?

Yeah, the Pearl White color option was available on the Turbo models starting in 1987, and it came with matching wheels. Mine also has a leather and alcantara interior. It was a demo car when new, so they really decked it out!
@Brett
That’s awesome! I owned a few Audis from ‘84 to ‘94 but never managed to get an Avant. Always wanted one though!

Finding parts is definitely a challenge. A few years back, Audi got rid of a lot of stock parts for these models, like connectors and suspension bushings. I ended up getting a rear hatch release motor from a Porsche 928 just to use the connector!
Older cars like this just have a timeless look. They don’t make them like they used to.
These look fantastic!
Seeing this makes me wish I had saved some pictures of my old '87 4000S.
