Who’s got the longest living A4 out there?

So, my 2017 Audi A4 Allroad has 242k miles on it. Is anyone else out here with a high-mileage A4? I think this car just won’t quit :sob:

218K on my 2012 A6 3.0T and 168K on my wife’s 2018 Q5 2.0T. Good to see another high-mileage B9 2.0T!

What kind of work have you done on your wife’s Q5? Mine’s at 60k miles, but I’m planning to drive it a lot longer and I’m curious about maintenance.

@Elliott
Just the usual maintenance so far. One engine mount is leaking, so that’ll be the next fix, but it’s been solid otherwise.

I just had the water pump replaced at 140k miles on my 2018 Q5 2.0. Cost me about $1,050. Also replaced a camshaft sensor recently for $200. No issues since then, though. Let me know if you have to do anything!

I just had my timing chains done on my 2014 A4 with 182k miles…hoping to get up there with you someday.

I’m driving a 2008 A6 S-line with 249,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Congrats on yours!

I had a 97 VW Golf that made it to 380k before I sold it.

That’s an impressive run for sure!

We’ve got a 2017 A4 at my dealership with 288k miles. It’s had a turbo, water pump, and some sensors replaced, but otherwise it’s just regular maintenance.

Saw one on Car Gurus with 232k a while back. All Jiffy Lube and dealership maintenance on the Carfax.

What have you done to keep it running this long?

It’s been through 3 turbos and plenty of mechanic visits, but it’s still going!

I sold my A4 at 130,000 miles because maintenance was getting costly. But if you stay on top of it, they can definitely make it to 300k.

Yeah, my mechanic actually told me to stop bringing it in :joy:

Nah, he was serious. That’s when I got the S5.

Wait, why’d he tell you that?

It just wasn’t worth fixing anymore.
