I got a 2024 Audi S4 and I love all the tech in it, especially the big screens. But I had a little experience that changed my perspective. I dropped my car off for a software fix and drove an A4 with analog gauges for a few days. At first, I thought it was super basic, but honestly? I think I like it better than the digital cockpit! The details are just amazing, especially at night. Just wanted to share my thoughts on this… anyone else feels the same?
I think the C7 has the best gauge cluster. Don’t love the temp and fuel gauges on this one though, kinda looks sloppy.

Really? I think they flow well with the design. But yeah, I miss the analog for the tach and speedo.

I’ve got a similar setup in my B9 A5 and I totally agree! I love posting pics of my trips with the gauges showing. Just looks great!

Yeah, repairs can add up. I spent about 12% on mine for known issues. Just keep up with maintenance!
I’m a sucker for the virtual cockpit since my S3 days, but those analog gauges in the C7 S6/7 are just peak for me!

Totally agree! The digital cluster in our VW Arteon? Not a fan.
