I have a 2024 Q5, and I’ve been using the remote start feature with the My Audi app. The problem is, it starts up and then shuts off right away. This usually happens when I haven’t started the car for over 8 hours, like in the morning after I get up or after work. However, if I start the car manually first, the remote start works fine throughout the day. Could this possibly be a battery issue?
Most definitely sounds like a battery issue. If you look around the Audi forums, you’ll probably find others with similar problems on newer models too. If you’re under warranty, definitely get it checked out before it gets worse.

Definitely keep an eye on it. Sometimes it can be more than just the battery, but starting manually should help narrow it down.
If it keeps happening, consider checking the battery connections or getting the battery tested. Could be a loose connection.
I had a similar issue once, and it turned out to be a software glitch. Make sure they run all the updates too.
