Guys do I trade my 86 coupé for this wagon?

My car is in the first picture and has just under 36k kilometers.

The wagon looks amazing, but the coupe looks traditional. I would keep the coupe. Otherwise, you’ll be daydreaming about it. That coupe says “the car I should’ve kept” all over it…

You are so right today, that I am thinking about it. The wagon has quattro and a turbo, so I considered it, but you’re correct.

I can suggest you Sell your A7

When my father went away, he bequeathed me the A7, so absolutely not

Okay, fair enough. Great reason to keep it. I mostly meant from a cost standpoint. But I’m with the others: that coupe is way too cool to get go of.

I completely agree that A7 has been pricey. I’m resolved on retaining the coupe; it was just an impulse question because the wagon has quattro and a turbo (+ it’s a wagon, come on).

I love wagons, so I get it. Tough choice

Gorgeous wagon. And if those 115k miles are all original, it’s incredibly enticing. But, if it’s an either/or situation, keep the Coupe. Under 36 thousand original miles? How the hell did that happen? Has it been in your family since birth? In any event, fix the front bumper lens. That automobile deserves it.

I owned an 82 and an 87 coupe. I also had a 90 200. Definitely keep that coupe. I wished I still had mine. Each coupe had over 250k miles and was in excellent condition when I sold them. The 200 was less enjoyable to drive and much larger.

Your car has a classic look. The wagon looks lovely, and I agree with you (c’mon, it’s a wagon!), but your car looks clean, and as others have mentioned, it’ll be a future “wish I had kept it.”

Coupe looks cooler, the avant is rarer. These 200 Quattro turbo avant just don’t exist anymore

Yes. I am willing to bet most of this sub doesn’t realize a coupe Gt and a urQuattro are not the same car.
